Concept

ʻOlili is a restaurant that serves contemporary cuisine rooted in the local traditions of Hawaii, while honoring the history of Waikiki - from its natural landscape to a bustling global destination. Our food and drinks, which celebrate the mixed-plate of flavors familiar in Hawaii, are driven by our passion for creativity and a modern interpretation of the dishes we love.

Team

Born and raised in Hawaii, Senior Chef Cuisine Brenton Lee (former Executive Chef at Tribeca Grill in NYC) has created a special menu inspired by new interpretations of the flavors of the place he calls home. Partnering with our corporate food and beverage team led by Chief Food Officer and Corporate Chef Keoni Chang, Chefs Rebekah Lagua and Nick Miguel, Corporate Mixologist, Hailey Berkey, and Corporate Pastry Chef, Brian Sung, he has developed a selection of food, beverages and desserts you won’t want to miss.

Space

Located inside Waikiki Market, ʻOlili overlooks the streets of Waikiki. Our space represents our name, which means “sparkling, shimmering, shining” and is inspired by the buzzing energy of Waikiki.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide guests with an authentic Hawaii experience through dishes and drinks that creatively and respectfully reference our local roots. We celebrate Hawaii’s mixed plate of rich, diverse flavors and share how food brings us together in a lively but relaxed gathering place overlooking the streets of Waikiki.
